You may have the best product in the world, but if no one knows about it then, you are just like anyone who is not in business. You have to find people that are interested in your products and business opportunity to offer them that opportunity. You have to know where they gather so that you can have targeted lead generation system. Once you find where they gather then, you have to be consistent in marketing your products and the business opportunity. You don’t just do it once, twice or thrice but you must make a habit to continue offering the opportunity to different prospects that are looking for what you have to offer. If you can avoid this and teach your down-line to avoid the same then, you are sure your down-line will sky rocket.

You can not market something you do not believe in. You have to believe in the products and that has to be shown by you using the products themselves. New distributors often expect their team to use the products while they themselves are not ready to do the same. If you find yourself in that situation then know that you are just making for yourself a recipe for disaster. So the first thing for you as a new distributor is to work on your personal product story and sell your story to your new prospects. Then you will never struggle with your business.

Lack of Proper Follow-up

Proper follow-up is very critical in our profession of network marketing. Some people can get it right on the spot while you are presenting the business opportunity. Some will need an initial follow-up, while others will need two follow-ups. What you must know also is that as the time elapses their interest may begin to diminish on the opportunity. Follow up within the next 48 hours of your prospects viewing the opportunity. Learn to follow up by providing more information as some may need more information to make up their minds to get started. If you don’t provide the rightful information know that someone will give the information they need and you may end up losing your prospect. One prospect lost may cost you a lot of million dollars in your life-time. As you follow-up don’t over commit as you may lose focus on bring more prospects to view your opportunity. If you have an auto-mated follow up system, then plug them on your system and let it do its job while you continue to prospect new people.

Lack of Duplication

The success of your team will depend on your success as a team sponsor. The team must have fun in doing their business. You must be willing to teach your team all that you know and encourage them to develop as individuals and members of the team. They should be willing to win. The first step in network marketing is to use the products and get results from the same products. The next step is to recruit people that are interested in your products and the opportunity. Step 3 is to teach them to do step 1 and step 2. Step 4 is to repeat the process again and again. New team members tend to copy what their sponsor is doing. You need to have a plan for your individual personal development. Have you ever wondered why everyone wants to be sponsored by a guru, while not many do want to sacrifice to be the guru themselves? Positive people attract positive people and the negative will attract the negative to them. So work on your personal development. The success in network marketing is achieved by the volume you personally produce and that one produced by your team members. You can work on recruiting, but if your team is not producing volume then you are no different from someone without a team. Start by producing personal volume and the team that you recruit will copy what you are doing and team volume will grow as the new team members will be brought to a culture of creating volume.

We are often told to set the goals when we start a network marketing business. It could either be wellness or financial, or both, but how many of the new recruits keep to their goals? We are used to setting resolution at the beginning of the New Year, the resolution that vanishes without leaving a trace on the third month of the year. Those same habits the new recruits come with them to the network marketing business they just joined. When you set your goals, try to discuss them with your sponsor to see if they are realistic and keep on referring to them to see if you are still on track. Try to hold someone accountable of you achieving your goals. Sign your goals and give a copy to someone who will be monitoring your progress as you proceed along. It is a journey so you have to keep on referring to the road map. If you have set your 5 year plan, then divide the five year into steps that you will do on annual basis. The annual basis can further be divided into months, and the months into weekly, and weekly on daily basis performance. In that way you do not need to wait for five years to see if you have achieved your goals. If you under perform in one month you can raise your limit on the following month so that you cover up for the following month. In that way you can be show to achieve your five year plan.

Losing Focus on the Way

They are so many opportunity being offered on a daily basis such that if the new distributor is not focused, he or she may move from one company to another, or change so many companies in a year, without even learning the compensation plan of any of the single company. This can happen because your contact information may be sold a dozen times over the internet. Everyone to whom that information is sold will contact you with their opportunity claiming to be the best on the market. Almost everyone thinks their company is the best, offering the best products and the greatest compensation plan on the market. I have come to realized that people do not join the company, the products or even the compensation plan of the company. They join you. Have you ever wondered why people would prefer to be sponsored by different individuals of the same company? If you have decided to join company A, just do what your sponsor tells you to do. Give yourself first to the company, the products, the compensation plan and then to your personal development so that you attract positive people on to your down line. If you want things to change around you, then you have change first and the rest will follow suit. Often times we want our distributors to be the best they can be while ourselves we are the same old fellows that we used to be 10 years ago. This profession is not a “Get Rich Quick Scheme”, you have to work for it. There is a plan that you need to develop and follow if you want to succeed.

Remaining on the Comfort Zone

A comfort zone is an area where you feel secure, though you may not be free. You may not actually be secure but you have the perception that you are safe. Nothing forces you to take any action because you are ‘okay’. Lot of people have remained struggling in their jobs until they lost them. They were comfortable with their small salary because it was guaranteed at the end of the month. Whether they finished it on the third day after the pay day it makes no difference, because they are sure that another month-end is coming and they will receive that meager pay cheque once again.  The circle continues. It is a rat race and we are all captured in it until we find a way out of it by finding a way out of it. I have seen people who lost their jobs and within two years they are living a dream life that only most of us can dream about. It was because the circumstances could not allow them to continue on their chosen path.

Producing Volume on your own

Network marketing is all about team building. You step up the ladder as you help others step up behind you. In network marketing you are rewarded by the volume that you and your team produce. You move from one rank to another as you continue to increase your team volume each month. This is total of the volume you produce and that of your team members. Create your own volume by using the products and selling to people who are interested in just using the products. Teach the people that you recruit into the business to do the same. This is how the team volume is being increased. Most new distributors find themselves having to produce volume on their own.  This method can work to advance on the starting ranks of the marketing plan, but to climb further you need to have a team of distributors that are also producing volume. People who joined seeing the opportunity to live lives of their dreams, end up being consumers and they will just be stuck at the beginning of the compensation plan.

Lack of Personal Development

It is not about the best products of your company or the best compensation plan in the industry that is going to make you succeed. It is all about you. For things to change around you, you first must change. For things to get better you have to get better first. Positive people attract positive people and that goes for negative people attracting the negative people to them. Personal development is very critical in your success in network marketing. You have to have a personal development plan as an individual and also as a team player in your group. Your new team members must find a plan to plug in. Without personal development forget about being successful in this profession.

What Leads to Capture is just as equal as How to Capture Leads

You probably have heard or known that Capturing leads in your website is the most crucial step. People are distracted by so many things; in the net or off the net. Some you lose some you win, so what? next!

As much as is true that when you go fishing you must go where many hungry fish. It is also true that the type of food you tempt them with is also appealing.  One friend of mine says, “Image putting a hook on a five pound stake and expect to get some meaningful results from there!

Even with the prospects, the same is true. The kind or type of lead capture will determine if people will put their names in there or not.

To illustrate my point look at this lead capture page. This will not probably appeal as much to the successful entrepreneurs as to broke students. You will definitely not catch the attention of those in business, though they may be struggling to make ends meet.

Look at this one. Though it may not appeal to those that have achieved some lifestyle, even though they may be struggling in life. It will appeal more to those that have not attained so much in life. Those that have not achieved what they used to dream about while at the University, only to realize that though life gives you lemons it is not automatic to make lemonade.

This lead capture page will appear to those in business. More especially those that are struggling to attain any progress in network marketing. Some need the ingredients to succeed and if you direct them to this page,they are likely to trade their names in.

What about those that like to travel? This one will appeal the most, I think!

Gone are the days that you should go to school, get good grades, find a good company and you are set for life. The rules have changed. Gone are the days when the governments were concerned with job creation for their citizens. They are not at fault. The current economy dictates the opposite. Many university graduates are roaming the streets with no hope of finding employment. If there is a chance of finding one, it will be enough just to pay the bills. People are trapped on a rat race.
Parents are taking out their children from good schools because the pay cheque has remained the same for decades while the costing of living has been sky rocketing ever since time memorial. The question that everyone is asking is, is there a better way? Many people have started to search for freedom. They are not willing to get their dreams shuttered by the economy. A consumable product that people NEED

A consumable product is one that gets used up and there is a need to be always buying that product. This creates a steady flow of income to the supplier as the consumers buy every time it get finished. There is a great demand for that product on the market. An example of a non consumable product is a kitchen unit in your home. Though it may look nice you will never buy an extra one and put them side by side. Once you have bought it, it’s a done deal. The supplier has to look for more customers elsewhere to keep being in business. On the other hand look at sugar for example. It gets finished and you need to buy it time again and again. That is a type of consumable product. Imagine that you could have a consumable product that was unique. People will just be buying from you. That will create a lifetime income stream that you can supplement your current income or create a financial freedom from that income stream. You will create lifelong customers as you find more and more to increase your customer base, thereby increasing your revenue.

A compensation plan that is EAST for the AVERAGE PERSON to MAKE MONEY

A compensation plan is how you are rewarded by moving those products from the manufacturer to the consumer. Many manufacturers are moving away from the traditional way of moving products, by eliminating the middle man. Companies are no longer paying great some of money on advertising. This means the profits can be shared between the independent distributors. The distributors market the products by the word of mouth. As a result of this the products need to be of high quality for them to penetrate and stay on the on the market for a long period of time. As it is a word of mouth marketing most of the time, there is a need for the distributors to use and get results from the products. However the compensation plans for different companies reward differently. So when you are looking for a company to put your name in, you need to study and understand their compensation plan. Some reward distributors more while some reward the company founders. Some rewards those who came in early while some are a fair deal, the more you work the more you get rewarded. Some compensation plan can make you lose your distributors if you do not keep to the qualification required. So make an informed decision when you get involved with a new company.

A simple duplicatable System that does 90% of the work FOR YOU

Most of the failures in the Home Business are a lack of duplication. For you to be successful in a home based business you need to duplicate your success to the rest of your team. If the system can do up to 90% of the work for you, then you can be sure that success is possible within a short period. To retain the distributors in your line, they need to get their Return on Investment within a short time. Some companies give their distributors websites that can be used for recruiting and some that can be used for product ordering or both, while some limit these opportunity to certain locality. This can be very frustrating for those that want to do their business online. True marketers look for true systems. They know systems are not created equal. It is common knowledge that most visitors to your website will not take action the first time they visit. You need a lead capture system to get their information so that you can continue to build relationship are their initial visit. You need an auto responder system that can communicate with your prospects regardless of how many they are. It needs to separate between those that sign up and those that do not. So before you select a company you need to look closely at their system.

moneyIf not all, many people make resolutions or set goals at the beginning of the year. Few people will go and attain those goals or resolutions that they have set. It is now the beginning of the forth month and some goals have been shelved without even an attempt to realize them.

My mentor told me that goals are dreams with a dead line. Without the deadline goals are just dreams and most of the people just dream and think they have set their goals for the year. Apart from setting a time line for your goals, there are three components to a successful goal setting. There is the WHY component, which is the most crucial and critical component to achieve your goals. Another component is the WHO part and the last part is the HOW. Many of us have been taught the HOW part of achieving the goals, or we even use none of these to set our goals. Below we will examine each component to help you revive those goals that you have set at the beginning of the year. So read on!

The WHY component
There must be a reason why you set each goal in the first place. Is it to achieve financial independence or just escape from the rate race? Is it because you think you cannot continue in the same way you have lived and want to take a giant leap towards the future? Can you think of the reason WHY, you set them? Of cause there is a WHY to each of the goals that we set. That WHY must be big enough to keep you going on to achieve your dreams, no matter how many obstacles you meet along the way. 1 Most Important Thing You Will Ever Need In Network Marketing Revealed

This article is based on my few years in network marketing, the effort that I have put, the knowledge I acquired on the product line and the compensation plan information that I gathered. I dedicated my time on knowing the compensation plan so that I could explain it with minimum effort or struggle to the prospects that were open to take a look at my opportunity. I could explain the product after the other, to the people that were interested in using these amazing products. I was good on stage to talk about the opportunity and the products. But the most critical thing I needed the most was lacking on the equation of my success.

I realised that it was not the product line, which was making me fail in network marketing profession. The company exposed all of us distributors to the same product line. In fact I was able to sell my first products in my first week, which made me see that the opportunity was open before me. I saw my ladder of success unfold before my naked eyes. I made quite a lot from retail profit which was the first income stream on the compensation plan. I got the results that I wanted by the first week as well which got my wife excited about the product line as I became the product of the products. She started using them and got amazing results as well. My children loved them and they could easily recommend them too. The products were amazing, but those being perfect could not make me climb the ladder of success which I saw unfolding before my eyes. Then what really made me fail?

It was not the compensation plan either that made me fail. I saw the opportunity in the compensation plan, as I could convince some prospects to join my down line. Many people were making a lot of money from the same compensation plan, while some could not even make a dime. Indeed only in network marketing profession can new people be able to make more money that those who have been long with the company. Serious people are writing their own cheques and living the lives they only used to dream about. It is good to know the compensation plan, but just knowing the compensation plan alone will not guarantee your success in the business. Believe me you need to know and understand the compensation plan before you can commit yourself to any business opportunity.

It was not my sponsor either. My sponsor was a great person. Though she lived in a different country than I was residing, she gave me all the information that I needed to succeed. She held nothing from my exposure. I got everything a down line would require from a sponsor.  I had a great sponsorship line. I plugged in their system. I used their replicating recruiting website. I got exposure by advertising on the local advertisers. I got hot leads that I would get off the internet and talk to them over the phone and explain the business model and how the compensation plan worked. I used other ways of prospecting. Indeed I have been ahead of myself when it came to prospecting. I could extrapolate my success and see myself reaching financial freedom within some few years, but I did not. So what kept me from succeeding?

The most important thing that I needed the most, more than the products, the compensation plan or even my sponsor was MYSELF. We may have the same products, same com plan and same sponsorship, but our success will differ. Ruling these three most important factors that you need to succeed out of the equation remained with MYSELF being a component that needed to be solved. I could not duplicate myself on my down line. I could recruit but my down line would not. I could move the products and make a nice retail profit but my down line did not either. If you do not duplicate in this profession, you will die a natural death and may never resurrect. Retail profit alone will give you linear income alone, but without duplicating what you do onto your down line, will never make you to earn on residual and the leverage incomes that are available in network marketing. So you need personal development. You need to invest in yourself. The one most important thing you will ever need in network marketing.

A comfort zone is an area where you feel secure, though you may not be free. You may not actually be secure but you have the perception that you are safe. Nothing forces you to take any action because you are ‘okay’. Lot of people have remained struggling in their jobs until they lost them. They were comfortable with their small salary because it was guaranteed at the end of the month. Whether they finished it on the third day after the pay day it makes no difference, because they are sure that another month-end is coming and they will receive that meager pay cheque once again.  The circle continues. I have seen people who lost their jobs and within two years they are living a dream life that only most of us can dream about. Network marketing is all about team building. You step up the ladder as you help others step up behind you. In network marketing you are rewarded by the volume that you and your team produce. You move from one rank to another as you continue to increase your team volume each month. This is total of the volume you produce and that of your team members. Create your own volume by using the products and selling to people who are interested in just using the products. Teach the people that you recruit into the business to do the same. This is how the team volume is being increased. Most new distributors find themselves having to produce volume on their own.  This method can work to advance on the starting ranks of the marketing plan, but to climb further you need to have a team of distributors that are also producing volume. People who joined seeing the opportunity to live lives of their dreams, end up being consumers and they will just be stuck at the beginning of the compensation plan.

 

Lack of Personal Development

It is not about the best products of your company or the best compensation plan in the industry that is going to make you succeed. It is all about you. For things to change around you, you first must change. For things to get better you have to get better first. Positive people attract positive people and that goes for negative people attracting the negative people to them. Personal development is very critical in your success in network marketing. You have to have a personal development plan as an individual and also as a team player in your group. Your new team members must find a plan to plug in. Without personal development forget about being successful in this profession.
